E motion Hybrids and Electric Marine Propulsion
Electric Marine Propulsion, LLC, does business as E motion Hybrids. EMP was founded by David E. Tether, who has been designing and building electric propulsion systems since 1994.
Mr. Tether is the founder and former CEO of Solomon Technologies, Inc., which was once a world leader in electric propulsion systems for pleasure boats. He left that company in 2005 after it was taken over by new management. He and his family then relocated to beautiful Ft. Myers Beach, Florida, and started EMP in 2006. |
